Banana Pacovan Ken
Banana is one of the most popular fruits in Brazil, with a consumption of almost 27 kg per inhabitant per year. It is a source of potassium, carbohydrate, fiber, vitamin A, C and B6, iron and magnesium.
The EMATA Farm produces the Pacovan Ken variety, a hybrid of the Silver Banana. The fruit can be eaten fresh, in chips or in different recipes. One of its characteristics is to be big and more resistant. Currently, it is one of the most planted fruits in the north and northeast of the country.
