Black Pepper
Black pepper (Piper nigrum), is one of the most used spices in the international cuisine. In addition to giving dishes a particular flavor, it is a source of important nutrients, such as iron, calcium, zinc, potassium, magnesium, chromium, manganese and vitamins K, C and B6.

At the EMATA farm, we grow black pepper of the following varieties: Bragantina, Iaçara, Kottanadan and Singapura.
